Our Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments are a comprehensive, intrusive inspection of a building’s common parts and individual private dwellings (flats), involving “destructive” sampling to check fire-stopping, compartmentation, and door integrity. We recommend a Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment for high-risk environments or where a Type 1 to 3 assessment has highlighted serious risks. Please note, it often requires vacant premises to inspect hidden areas like wall cavities and ceilings.
